We've long taughted that what the industry needs is diversity in the form of more women developers.  The theory that a group of women developers would create the most deliciously delectable game ever known to woman or man is now proven true in the form of the best, but little known MMO, Fallen Earth.

So why aren't other companies creating programs to entice more women into the fold? Could it be fear of an Estrogen planet? (Yes we borrowed this from Public Enemy, works for them, works for us).  Listen LIVE to GGR tonight to discuss Fallen Earth and the lack of incentives given to women joining the gaming industry work force. 9pm CST or download us on iTunes if you can't listen live and leave us a comment here!
