.Star Fever Agency - This is one of the few games on FB that actually doesn’t force you to rely on your friends to play. The premise of the game is that you’re the head of a talent agency and you pick tomorrow’s stars. You handle everything from their look to planning out their day. While this is great on Facebook, we wish the actual game was a single player with the FB side being an added bonus instead of the main attraction.I would love to be able to interact with my stars more than once a day, as well. Or see things like them quitting, having addictions, or them being caught in compromising situations a la Lindsay Lohan style and having to bail them out of jail. There are tons of other things you’d be able to do in this light weight simulator, if it were a single player game. This is not impossible to do on Facebook, but definitely requires more system resources than most likely available on Facebook.Still a girl can dream of creating the next Brad Pitt and having him show his…gratitude in the way only Brad can…by adopting tons of babies with you. WOOT!
.Zombie Lane- Of course the Zombie thing has been done to death, but never with this twist.Zombie not only places you in the role of survivor, but you have to survive. You’ll spend your time on Facebook hunting down circus tickets and pumpkins in order to level up your character. The facebook version, of course, requires you to gather food and keep the dead off your lawn, but it’s not essential to your actual survival to do this.Wouldn’t it be cool if it was? What if your character had to eat and fend off the Zombies to actually live?!Having to gather resources and stay alive during a zombie apocalypse is not the usual fare in Zombie games.Making this a stand-alone simulator would be AMAZING and garner the undying love of hard core Sim fans everywhere.
.Wedding Street- While most people think women LOVE weddings, this is simply not true. We love the planning involved in the wedding and this is why Wedding Street for FB would be a perfect shoe in for a full fledged game. The game allows for some pretty immersive micro managing, but not quite enough to keep one from getting lulled into monotonous game play. Sure we love designing dresses and bouquets, but would probably enjoy game play more if there were more things to keep track of.Such as store sales and employees. We can only imagine the countless hours of lives lost if Wedding Street went full game allowing us to fully plan out all the nuances of a wedding. From picking the brides dress to making sure the bridesmaids fit their dresses and don’t kill each other.
.TV Studio Boss – In this hidden FB Gem, you’re the head of a TV station where timing and programming is everything. While this is far from the simulation it could be if it were stand alone, it’s not bad for a FB game.It sports some serious chops in the sim arena, forcing FB players to not only keep an eye on open time slots for shows, but where it’s proper to advertise certain products during shows and the players’ viewership. While there is a game on the market with the same premise, I do love the attention to detail with this one, but would love to see it leave FB and leave behind the micro-transaction model there.Again this is one game where it would benefit to have Facebook as an addon, not the main attraction.
.Cruise Time- You’re the captain of this ship...no literally, the captain of this ship.
It’s your job to keep your passengers happy and get the safely to their cruise destination. While this game sports some really good game play, it’s still lacking that certain oomph that would make it really good. That oomph being that it should be a standalone title. This particular game reminds me of a little game called Spring Break resort and could probably garner some of its minor success by simply adding a few more scenarios to its repertoire, such as sick passengers (such as what happened a few years ago with the epidemic that swept cruise ships) or people falling overboard…oooh or eaten by sharks..or ooooh…we could go on and on, but you get the picture.
