Available exclusively for Nintendo DS, Major League Baseball 2K8 Fantasy All-Stars features starting lineups from all 30 Major League Baseball clubs, a variety of exhibition and tournament modes, All-Star training mini-games, along with wild, fantasy-themed baseball stadiums. The game utilizes the functionality of the DS touch screen to control the power and technique of their swings and the speed and accuracy of their pitch by performing specific gestures and intuitive usage of the stylus. Fielding, baserunning and other controls will also utilize the DS touch screen, as players drag and trace lines to execute these specific baseball actions. Players will also have the ability to obtain special “power ups” to complete incredible batting, pitching, and fielding performances.



Major League Baseball 2K8 Fantasy All-Stars is developed by Deep Fried Entertainment and published by 2K Sports and will be available exclusively for Nintendo DS April 14th and is rated E for Everyone by the ESRB.

DreamCatcher Games today released an update for its newly released first-person shooter Painkiller: Overdose.

Painkiller: Overdose is currently available at retail stores for a suggested retail price of $39.99 USD. The update is compatible with the North American, UK, French, Italian, Spanish and German versions of the game.

“FIFA Street 3 is about turning football icons into eye-popping characters through the game’s stylized art direction for an over-the-top arcade soccer experience,” said producer Joe Nickolls. “Ronaldinho, Crouch and Gattuso represent three of the different types of players available in our game and we were able to exaggerate their qualities to really create larger-than-life characters.”

Just like keeping fish in real life, the fish need to be fed and have their tanks cleaned. “Aquarium by DS” allows the player to keep the usual types of fish that one would find in a fish tank including Clown Fish, Angelfish, Neon Tetra and Guppy. While “Fantasy Aquarium by DS” allows the player to keep fish which could never be kept as pets in a tank such as Blue whales, dolphins, Seals and sharks.

Aquarium by DS and Fantasy Aquarium by DS are due for release in February 2007. The SRP will be £19.99/ €24.99.

Frankfurt am Main, Germany, 27 November 2007 - Fireglow Publishing today announced its plans to use Sudden Strike Next7, the engine behind the upcoming Sudden Strike 3: Arms for Victory title. This engine will allow a variety of products to be created. Some of them will be announced soon.

Sudden Strike Next7 is a generic RTS engine to be used in subsequent games in the Sudden Strike series and other games from Fireglow. Fireglow is also developing thorough documentation in order to license the engine to third parties. The public version of the editor is being prepared and will be released with add-ons.
